This unit is designed to produce naphtha or natural gasoline, jet fuel and diesel from a condensate or light crude of 30 to 32 API gravity containing low salt, low sulfur and less than 0.5% water. The plant will be of modular design and skid mounted including interconnecting piping for field commissioning.

The heater is a completely packaged skid-mounted unit with fully automatic controls designed to heat a high temperature heat transfer fluid within the coil design to a temperature of 6300F. The heater is designed for 8,000,000 BTU/Hr. The pipe coil is designed in accordance with, Section I. An expansion tank is to be located above the heater at the site to provide for thermal expansion of the heat transfer fluid. This expansion tank shall be designed and built in accordance with Section VIII, ASME Code.
d. Air cooler
e. Control system:
f. Air compressor
g. Documentation (2 copies)
h. Flare system
2. Standards
The plant will be manufactured to meet or exceed industry standards given by: ASME Code Section VII Div. 1, ANSI B31.3, ICEA, NEC, NEMA, NFPA and TEMA. All electronics, wiring and enclosures shall be Class I, Division II, Group D.
The units are assembled at our yard and hydro-tested prior to shipping to location for commissioning. This eliminates costly field modifications and allows for timely commissioning of plant.
